那么，第二语言与外语究竟有什么区别?它们是同一概念不同风格的用语，还是两个不同的概念?它对英语教学的效果会产生怎样的作用?

其实，我们知道，second 1anguage与first language相对，而foreign 1anguage和non-native language是与mother tongue和native 1anguage相对的。

first language和mother tongue和native 1anguage的共同特点是：(1)最早习得的语言，常常是在家庭环境中习;(2)熟练程度高。语言直觉强。

second language，foreign language和non-native language的共同特点是：(1)是一种双语现象;(2)在掌握的时间顺序上次于第一语言;(3)熟练程度一般不如第一语言;(4)习得方式一般是学校教育、家庭教育或自学。

首先，在语言环境方面，第二语言与外语有着根本的差别。第二语言学习者一般都有一个比较自然的语言环境。周围有众多的该语言的本族语使用者。由于种种原因，他们之间可能会有各种各样的联系。同时，由于该语言可能是“语言的一种(如英语、法语在加拿大，英语在印度等)，媒介、文件、广告等等为学习者提供了一个比较真实和自然的语言环境，而“外语”学习者一般来说则很难有这样的语言环境。

英语语法,三单形式？

原句是现在完成时，助动词用的是have而不是has，原因在于主语some animals整体上相当于主格第三人称复数代词they，而不是主格第三人称单数代词it，所以后面用的是动词原形have，而不是第三称单数has。

第三人称单数是：it、he、she、everyone等等，以及其他的单数的事物，如a cat、the dog后面的动词都应该加s。

some animals一些动物，是复数，所以后面的动词不能加s。
